Turnaround for an initial proof is 1-2 business days from the time all photos and information have been submitted to designer.

If approved by 3:00 pm on a business day, you can expect them at your office in 1-2 business days (almost always arrives next day). Anything approved on a Friday should arrive Monday. Saturday delivery upgrade available.

Brochures cancelled before approval to print will be subject to a refund minus a $25 setup fee if a proof has already been sent, plus $25 for copy writing if also ordered and sent. Full refund if cancelled before a proof is sent.

Next business day shipping included for the NY metro area (must be approved by 3:00 pm). Brochures will ship to your office unless otherwise instructed before or at time of approval.
