BROCHURE & POSTCARD ORDERS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment details must be provided before design work will begin. Card will not be charged until brochure/postcard is approved for print. (See Cancellation policy at bottom of page.)
The turnaround for an initial brochure or postcard proof is 1-2 business days from the time all media has been submitted (photos, floor plan files, verbiage, etc.).
Agent must supply professional, hi-resolution photos to ensure the highest quality prints. Low resolution and/or cell phone photos are not recommended. If files provided are not print quality, agent will be advised and asked to waive any claim to a refund and/or reprint due to poor image quality on printed materials.
Five rounds of edits are included so be sure to include as many edits as possible within one request. Additional edits subject to $15 fee per round.
Agent is responsible for reviewing the entire proof for any and all errors including but not limited to: brochure/postcard type, size and/or folds; property address, city and state; photos and floor plan; copy writing/text description (spelling, grammar, punctuation, typos and property information); and all agent/brokerage contact information, logos and/or headshots. Agent is responsible for any and all costs associated with reprinting due to errors missed in the approved proof.
Agent's express written approval is required via email before printing. Orders are sent to the printer shortly after approval, and once submitted, there's a very short window for cancellation. As such, all approvals are final. See below for approval deadlines. Agent is responsible for any and all costs associated with reprinting due to errors missed in the approved proof.
Payment will be processed after approval and must be paid in full before printing can begin. Charges will appear on credit card statement as Prism Digital Communications (my print vendor). Split payments and company billing are not available at this time.
Approval Deadlines for Brochures and Postcards (with no mailing service):
3:00 pm Monday–Friday for standard delivery. In the NY metro area, you should receive your print materials within 1-2 business days (almost always arrives next day). Orders approved on Friday should arrive on Monday. Agents outside the NY area will be advised of delivery time-frames and shipping upgrade options.
1:00 pm Friday for Saturday delivery upgrade. Agent must confirm upgrade cost and shipping destination by 1:00 pm before printing can proceed. Saturday delivery to a residential address is strongly recommended.
By default, all print orders are shipped to your office address unless otherwise advised before or at time of approval. Residential shipping costs may be slightly higher. Saturday delivery to a commercial address is much higher. Exact delivery times cannot be estimated. Pickup in Mountainside, NJ is available by request before or at time of approval (usually ready by 7:00 that evening with 24-hour accessibility).
Postcards with direct mail service should arrive in mailboxes in about 1 week with First Class mail or 2 weeks for EDDM after proof and mailing details are approved in writing.
Cancellation policy: Agent will be charged a $25 setup fee if a proof has been sent but cancelled as per agent request, or has been deemed inactive within 6 weeks of initial order date. An additional fee of $25 will also be due for copy writing if ordered and sent.
NJ state tax applicable on all orders delivered within NJ.
